Established in 1998 by Joanne and John Bradbury. Sauvignon Blanc and Cabernets, a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc, were the first wines to be produced here. However, 3 Drops specialises in cool-climate wines; in particular, age-worthy riesling and elegant Pinot Noir.
Extra virgin olive oil is also produced from Greek, Spanish and Italian varieties grown on the property.
